FREQUENTLY ASKED RENEWAL QUESTIONS…

DOES MY INSTRUMENT NEED TO BE SERVICED?

All rental instruments include basic servicing free of charge - this service can be performed at anytime of the year. If your student is not currently experiencing any problems with their instrument we do not need to see the instrument. Due to the high volume, instruments that are dropped off for service during the Summer will have much longer wait times that instruments that are serviced during the school year.

MY STUDENT NEEDS A NEW INSTRUMENT SIZE?

For string students that need size exchanges, it is recommended to renew your contract at your current size and send us a message that you need to have your size exchanged. We will reach out to you later in the Summer, once we have a supply of instruments, to bring in your instrument for exchange.

I AM UNSURE IF MY STUDENT WILL BE PLAYING IN THE FALL?

If you are unsure if your student will be participating in music in the Fall it is advised to return your rental instrument and come back to start a new contract in the Fall. Wright Music only offers refunds for rental instruments during the first 30 days of a contract ( or 30 days from the start of school for renewals).
