Repair FAQ

How long will it take to repair my....?

Every instrument repair is different, so there is no way to answer you with an exact time frame for how long it will take to repair your instrument.  Our technicians do their best to look at each instrument within 24 hours of it being dropped off.  After that, they will be able to give you a cost and time estimate for your particular situation.

How  much will it cost to...?

Just as with time estimates, it is impossible for us to give you an accurate cost estimate without seeing your instrument.  A lot of the time the symptom that you are experiencing may be because of many different factors.

Can I wait for my instrument repair to be done?

For the most part, all instruments needing repair must be left off for a minimum of 24hrs.  Because we maintain the instruments for multiple school districts, as well as a large following of loyal clients, we often have quite a few instruments in the works at one time.  If you have time constraints please make the staff aware when you check in your instrument and we will do our best to accommodate.
