FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHEN WILL I GET MY INSTRUMENT?

  • We rent out our instruments in batches as soon as they are ready to go. Our most popular instruments start to leave mid-July.

IF I AM ON THE LIST AM I GUARANTEED AN INSTRUMENT?

  • NO, being on the request list is not a guarantee of a rental instrument. Being on the waitlist means that a Wright Music staff member will contact you when we have availability for the instrument you requested. Certain instruments we have very limited quantities on. Whenever possible we try to notify clients as soon as we know we will not be able to fill their request.

WILL YOU HOLD AN INSTRUMENT FOR ME?

  • We rent all of our instruments on a first come basis. Clients on the request list are notified as soon as instruments become available. Once notified a temporary 2-week hold will be placed on an instrument - after 2-weeks the instrument will be offered to the next client on the list.

WHAT IF I CAN NOT MAKE IT TO YOU WHEN MY INSTRUMENT IS AVAILABLE?

  • Once you have been notified that an instrument is available for you to rent you can complete the rental process in-store, online or over the phone. If you can not make it to the shop when you are notified your instrument is available it is highly recommended to complete your rental online so that you do not miss out on your rental.

I AM ON THE WAITLIST BUT ENDED UP GETTING MY INSTRUMENT ELSEWHERE.

  • Being on the waitlist does not mean you have to rent an instrument from Wright Music. If you end up finding an instrument elsewhere you can ask for your name to be taken off the list and your spot will be passed to the next person.
